1. Is the delivery free?

Enjoy free shipping :) We offer delivery within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

2. Do you ship orders internationally? 

Sure, we'll ship your order wherever you'd like. For other countries, we charge for shipping. The price is individual and depends on the location.

3. Can I have the package sent to an address other than the billing address?

You definitely can! Just fill in the delivery address and have your order sent to, for example, your workplace.

4. Payments 

You can pay for your order using a card through a secure payment  GP webpay  or by bank transfer. As we are a new, starting business, we currently do not offer cash on delivery. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, we will certainly arrange an exchange. You have 14 days to do so. :)

5. Guarantee

Our products come with a statutory two-year warranty. Claims can be made primarily in the case of damaged goods upon delivery or apparent damage during use that you could not have influenced, meaning, for example, it was not caused by improper use, use for purposes other than the product's intended use, improper maintenance, etc.

6. How do we protect your personal data?

Protecting your personal data is our priority. We never share your data with third parties, except for courier services, accounting, and of course, we comply with GDPR. We store your data only for as long as necessary for delivery and any potential claims, as required by law.
