A. Processing of Personal Data When Using the Contact Form
If you inquire about our products, we will process your contact details that you provide to us, primarily through the inquiry form. These include: your name (or surname) and email address.

We use them to contact you for further discussions regarding the goods and services.

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiations on a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 2 months from our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data When Making a Purchase
If you make a purchase, we will process the information you provide to us. This primarily includes billing details: name, surname, and address.
Why do we process these details?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver the goods to you. We also use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, any complaints, or inquiries.
Furthermore, we process personal data to comply with our legal obligations (primarily for accounting and tax purposes, as well as for handling complaints and other legal requirements).

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – contract performance, and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.

For the duration of the goods delivery process.
C. Newsletters (Marketing Communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and have not opted out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter and updates.
On what legal basis?
This is allowed under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, provided you have not opted out at the time of purchase.
How long will we process personal data?
For two years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us at info@ada-nne.cz.
